APRIL 27th- NUTRITION/ PT/ FORMER PROFESSIONAL DANCER COLLABORATION!
Dr. Aimee Martel, PT, Kirsten Graves, RD and former professional ballet dancer Derek Sakakura, team up to help you learn strategies to get through busy summer intensive schedules. Join us for nutrition tips, sample tasty on the go snacks to keep you going strong during long days, learn warm up and recovery strategies, know when and how to ask for help, what to expect, and how to effectively communicate with new teachers, and more! This is a really fun workshop with special focus for the dancer participating in summer intensives.
*New this season - parents and caregivers are invited for their own station with presentations from each specialist.
