Welcome! I’m Aimee Martel, a San Francisco Bay Area physical therapist helping dancers, artistic athletes and active people improve the way they move, recover from injury, and reach their goals. Providing quality one-on-one patient centered care has been the top priority since opening my practice in 2012. I am a certified Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) instructor, longtime member of IADMS (International Association for Dance Medicine and Science) and a Founding Member of DanseMedica and Doctors for Dancers. I enjoy helping artistic athletes achieve their highest potential with the safest, strongest technique in a familiar studio-like environment.
Thanks for stopping by!
